HOW DO WE SHIP OUR SHIRTS???
We ship our shirts through USPS Priority mail, so please have no fear that the elements will inhibit the shipping of your shirts. If the shirt is in stock it is usually shipped out within 1-2 days. We do, however, keep a limited number of shirts in stock to maintain affordable prices. We ask you allow at least 1-2 weeks for shipping due to the chance we may have to order it from the warehouse and we don’t have it in stock. At this time we don’t offer an expedited shipment method. If for some reason we are unable to ship your shirt within a few weeks or are unable to send the shirt that you ordered we will notify as soon as we can and include a revised shipping date with the delay notice. We will allow you a short amount of time to agree to the delay or cancel the order and get a refund. If we do not get a reply within 2 days of notification we will proceed with shipping the shirt on the revised shipping date
At this point we only ship to the US and Canada. We’re sorry to those overseas that want to purchase a shirt from us.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY/PRIVACY POLICY???
We offer a 30 day return/exchange policy on all items. Item must be returned in new condition. New is defined as unworn and unwashed.
A restocking/reshipping fee of $6 will be charged on all exchanges and returns.
To return an item you must email us with your invoice number, shirt style, size and reason for return. Customers can return the item to Captain O Designs mailing address on the return label.
Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. Rest assured that any information collected by Captain O Designs will remain private and will never be sold or shared with anyone. Maintaining your privacy is essential to our business. We have a secure online credit card transaction with the latest security methods and fraud detection techniques available to protect any and all information you give us. Information is obtained in our checkout page when you purchase merchandise from us. It is stored on our database to track and record orders and for tax purposes.
